The Resident and Family Satisfaction Survey is available to all family members. You will be given a copy after completing the screening process to enter the building. If you require further copies, please either ask staff on the screening desk at the front entrance or Reception.
Your feedback is important and helps us address issues now and to plan for the future. Please complete the survey and return it to the drop box at Reception before the 12th April 2021.
Results will be compiled and shared with family members later in April.
The Recreation Department will be working with residents who wish to take part in the survey, they will be helping them complete and submit their survey.
