All Designated Caregivers are eligible for the clinic. Every resident has two recognized Designated Caregivers.
Moderna is the vaccine product that will be used.
If we need another clinic to meet demand, we will schedule another one later in the week.
Everyone who attends the clinic for their first vaccine shot will be rebooked for a 2nd vaccine shot 21-28 days later.
A vaccination certificate will be emailed to everyone who attends the clinics. This will occur shortly after the 2nd vaccination is given.
