From today onwards Designated Caregivers visits are not limited to just the resident rooms, Designated Caregivers are welcome to use the communal areas of Oakwood Terrace again.
Please remember COVID-19 protocol is still in place. Wearing PPE, social distancing and social bubbles/small family groups is still required throughout the building. For example, if families are meeting in the front lobby area, we need to work together to ensure an appropriate distance is kept between each group with six feet being the current guideline.
In the coming weeks, we have a series of renovation projects that need completing, the replacement of flooring is one of these projects which will mean at certain times some of the communal areas will not be available whilst the flooring is replaced. We hope to limit this disruption and we will post more information as and when we have updates.
